Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Estonian Business Directory, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Listing submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or violate these terms.

3. Premium subscriptions

Premium Listings are billed as an annual subscription. Benefits remain active until the end of the paid period. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew thereafter.

4. Referral program

Referral rewards of 3 months free Premium are granted when a referred business purchases an annual Premium Listing. Rewards are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

5. Limitation of liability

The directory is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for interactions between users and listed businesses, or for any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved through the competent courts of Estonia.
